$900.00 a month or $450.00 twice a month. (Includes Internet, Xifinity Cable, Gas and Electric, Water & Waste)

 

Insurance

 

We don't accept insurance, however any county or state checks will be accepted based on approval.

 

Payment

 

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you wish to move out. Otherwise, you will need to bear the full cost of the three days.
